All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Payment is processed securely through Shopify. We reserve the right to refuse any order.

3. Shipping

We aim to dispatch handmade pieces within the timeframe stated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of our jewelry, we accept returns only for items that arrive damaged or defective. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos to arrange an exchange or refund.
